Its been a busy couple of months not just with training but ensuring that I have been keeping the fundraising for Aspire constant.

To date I am now at £2’400 so getting closer to my £3k target.

Firstly saw the work cake sale, great support from colleagues saw a huge variety of cakes coming in ready for elevensies which seemed to last all the way through to 5pm.  A great £130 raised by all the cake eaters at London & Partners.  Due to popular demand the next is booked for April.

A few weeks later four of the Team Flamingo’s joined forces and head to Whitton Station for the Six Nations Game – England Versus France.  Aspire collecting buckets in hand with Flamingo’s, armbands and other swimming attire saw us raise a fantastic £85 each for our efforts and a great chance to get to know each other a bit better.

Lastly the raffle, with over 600 tickets sold and £600 raised in sales a great success.  Prizes were donated from some great attractions in London such as Champagne experience on the London Eye, London Dungeons, Wembley Stadium Tour, Leisure Pass and London Zoo to name a few.  Thank you to my niece and nephew for drawing the prizes.
